The space "My villa blue" villa has 4 master bedrooms. Each room contains twin bed, built in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom (shower & WC) air-condition and satellite TV. Baby cot available upon request. 2 blue single matt will complete the possibility of accommodation for 10 people. Large living room contains very comfy sofa and some armchairs. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth stereo system, Games like Sony PlayStation, football table (in the hallway), puzzles, cards, chess board, Netflix TV and more... all that is needed for perfect Summer and winter getaway vacay. Patio doors opening to terrace area and the pool. Thanks to the living room and open plan kitchen, you enjoy eye contact with the rest. Fully equipped kitchen with family fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, water dispenser and press toaster gives you a fun cooking experience. Adjoining the kitchen area there is a large dining table with 8 chairs. Separate utility room with laundry and dryer machine. Thanks to U shape design, it enjoys the privacy of an inner court, overflow 4x11 pool, that can be exited from, almost, every space in the house (the pool is not heated). A few sun beds around the pool provided for your relaxation. Outdoor dining table with 6 chairs allows you to enjoy outside meals around the pool. Another private sitting area is located next to the corner bedroom. Downstairs next to the pool there is another seating area overlooking the sea, a place for barbecue with an attached sink (a disposable aluminium barbecue can be purchased at any supermarket). There are several seating areas that allow a pleasant vacation for several people and yet the possibility of privacy and quiet :) Air-condition and under floor heating in every room gives the perfect winter getaway vacation. The Villa is located in an unspoiled corner of the universe, on the lower grounds of a natural cliff. Behind it, higher on the mountain, the pastoral village of Kayalar. A cozy, family owned restaurant with an amazing view of the sea and a private staircase leading to a secluded natural beach with crystal clear water all just 10 min. walk. Nearest grocery store and restaurant is 12-15 min. drive. The city of Kyrenia is approx. 20-25 min. drive. Larnaca airport 90 min. drive. Ercan airport 50 min. drive. You are staying in the Northern side of the island (Turkish side) and there is sometimes slower internet connection and power and water outages. Fortunately we have a generator and pump that solve any problem. Please understand this and we are here to solve any problem. This part of the beautiful island of Cyprus offers many recreational activities for adults and children. Water sports, huge water parks, beautiful hiking courses, historic land marks, wine culture & wine tours, horseback riding, bowling, carting, paintball and, of course, shopping at Mehmet Akif shopping street. Because of this unique spot you must hire a car to get out of the village (There is no public transportation nearby). Taxi arrangement from the airport to the Villa and back. Rented car can be delivered and picked up from the Villa. All can be arranged upon request and subject to confirmation and availability.
