Smoking is not permitted anywhere on property. Owner has access during your stay to connected lockout unit which has a separate entrance to ensure guests' total privacy. Guest access Guests will have access to three bedrooms, two full baths, fully equipped kitchen, great room, dining room, sitting room, and backyard/patio. Other things to note Sheets, linens, towels, and paper products are provided. The cleaning fee includes a one time departure clean. If additional cleaning service is desired, arrangements can be made with notice. Note the washer and dryer are not included.
