Easy in and out parking. Located on Hwy 290 only minutes away from the wineries and Johnson City. Many sights to visit near by. Large fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer provided. Guest access House was built as private residence and retail outlet all under one roof. We have converted it into 3 separate living spaces 2 of which are short term rentals and other is our private residence This has been our home for over 25 years so we hope that you will treat it with the respect and care that we think it deserves. It is a well built 1970's vintage home with updated tile floors and master bath suite. The space consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Separate entrances to space. .It is spacious and comfortable for large families. Furniture drawers are empty and available for your use. Closets are available also. Towels are readily available along with paper items. Text hosts for any other information or needs Before checkout please empty dishwasher and put up dishes. Empty all trash and put in large container located at western side of property. Put all soiled bed sheets and towels in baskets Check out instructions will be given upon departure. Silverware is in middle drawer of table ( sink side) Other things to note Wifi is provided.
