This bright and sunny SMOKE and PET FREE home is perfect for a family or 1-3 couples wanting to get away. The location of the home is absolutely amazing with the beach located just across the street! The home also has a wonderful open kitchen/living room with beautiful partial ocean views. Enjoy gorgeous daily sunsets in this home with your group of up to 6 guests. The space The home's main living spaces are located on the upper floor. There is an open concept kitchen-living area that is comfortable and opens up to the upper floor outdoor balcony. There are windows and a sliding glass door surrounding this space which lets in much natural light and allows you to enjoy partial ocean views from the living room, while cooking or dining, and from the upstairs balcony. The kitchen is full equipped with all the appliances, cooking gear, and dishes you might need - including a dishwasher. There are granite counter tops and a kitchen island which gives ample space for all your kitchen prep. The living room has a sofa, chair, ottoman, TV, and the main dinning table. There is direct TV, Wifi, and a few games in the kitchen cupboard for those laid-back or rainy afternoons. Note: Although the photos show a gas fireplace, it is nonfunctional at this time. The master bedroom is located on the upper level with one full en-suite bathroom. There is one queen bed in this bedroom as well as a twin bed which is suitable for one child. There are two bedrooms located on the lower floor. Each bedroom has a double bed. One of these bedrooms also has a small sitting area that opens up to the back patio and garden area. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer, iron & ironing board on the lower floor. This location of this home in Rockaway Beach is amazing! The sandy beach is just a few steps away from the door and all of the shops and dining in the center of town are just six blocks to the north. The home is perfect for guests who want to be close to all the action, yet still far enough away to enjoy plenty of peace and quiet at the beach. PLEASE NOTE: This home is pet free. No pets allowed. Other things to note The very large kitchen is open and clutter free. There is ample cookware and dishware. Please see photos of all kitchen amenities.
