Two story fully furnished cottage overlooking Crystal Lake with exterior decks, beach and gazebo access. One entry level bedroom with kitchen, dining, living room. Two downstairs lower level bedrooms each with full baths and queen size beds. One lower level bedroom has an separate exterior entrance. Four kayaks and one canoe available for use. Fire pit with chairs. Firewood is furnished. Ample separate parking. Rental fee based on # of occupants. Please include all guests when booking. The space Private full house. Guest access Guests have ample parking and free walking access to the 2.5 acre parcel including lakefront gazebo and adjacent private beach area. Other things to note A portable air conditioner is limited to main kitchen- living room area. Bedrooms have fans. NEW: We have listed the property for sale. Fear not, as your booking will be honored.
