Bright bedroom in West Toronto (DB)

Double bed bedroom, 3rd floor of the three story townhouse. The townhouse is close by all major highways and Toronto Pearson airport. It is near public transport and it takes approximately 45 minutes to down-town Toronto. Bus stop less then 100 m away, just a short ride to subway station Walking distance to a grocery store, shopping mall and restaurants. There is no parking available on the street. The space The bedroom is on the top floor (3rd floor) of a end unit townhouse complex. The window faces south-west and it's nice and bright on a sunny day. There is a double bed, closet, a table and a shelf unit in a room. Bedding and towels are provided. The bathroom is shared with one more person. Guest access The bathroom is shared with another person. There is another toilet available on the 2nd floor in case of emergencies :) The kitchen and living room are shared. In the kitchen guests can use the stove, fridge, toaster and kettle as well as dishes, pots and pans. The guests are asked to clean the after themselves. Guests that are staying week or longer will have access to do the laundry room once a week and do maximum 1 load of laundry. During your stay I am very sociable person and like the company. I will be available for any questions guest might have via phone or email Other things to note I am renting one more room with a single bed in the house. I like to rent for a longer period, month or longer so there is some stability and not constant change of people in the house. I believe this creates more feeling of being one's roommate and not only a guest. For all the guests I require that they have their government ID and phone numbers verified on airbnb.
