'Muri Matangi' Idyllic beachfront location

Muri Matangi is a beautiful house situated in one of the most idyllic locations in Rarotonga right on the beach, overlooking the stunning Muri Lagoon with views of Motus. Convenient to the centre of Muri. Night markets, shops & beach dining are a short walk. An exceptionally comfortable, fully air-conditioned home featuring a large modern open plan living, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool, BBQ, outdoor dining, views the lagoon/pool, landscaped gardens & providing kayaks/paddle-board/snorkel gear. The space The house has a variety of areas in which to spend time facing either the lagoon or the pool. 90% of the house face the lagoon. There is a large living/dining area as well as a comfy tv/family room & DVD player. The bedrooms are large & all have king size beds which can be divided into 8x king single beds if preferred. 3 of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and the 4th bathroom is just across the hallway from the 4th bedroom. It has a real home feeling but with all the mod cons and a very well equipped modern kitchen. The walls are adorned with eclectic local art and creatively hung island crafts and costume pieces. There is an outdoor shower to wash the sand off too. Other things to note *If you would like to check-out later in the afternoon on the day you leave, you can contact Mark to organise a late check-out which will incur an additional fee of $300.
