The accommodation is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse. Both bedrooms have its own bathroom for convenience. There is a small balcony attached to the master bedroom for taking in the afternoon breeze while sipping a cold beer or reading a book. All bedrooms are fully furnished with modern furnishings, including air conditioning in all the bedrooms, don't worry if you want the natural breeze from outside we have fans available to make you comfortable. The master bedroom contains a king bed while the second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be converted to a king if needed. The home is furnished with kitchenware if you decide to make a meal. There is also few packets of coffee and teas available which guests can help themselves to.. Professionally cleaned after every single guest by KBJ Housekeeping and Cleaning Services. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Guest access You are able to access all areas of the home and a large lawn with seats if you want to step outside. Other things to note NO PARTIES!!! and we ask that you please be considerate of your neighbours. Garbage disposal is located at the main gate next to the security station there is a small door to the left, open the door and toss your garbage bags inside. Take care when using the property as any loss or damages will be billed to you through Airbnb.
