We provide Airport pickup and a drive around town during stay at extra fee. Rate is for 1-2 guest, plus $15/additional guest . The space Our accomodation is situated in a quiet neighborhood and just 15km or 9 miles from the Kokrobite Beach, Accra. You can make use of the whole house (please read about guest access below), all rooms have a cozy double bed with a mix of private bathrooms and a shared bath. The master suite has a king size bed with a private bathroom. We have different terraces and sitting areas where you can enjoy a drink, read a book, have a meal. It’s also a perfect place to host events, engagements, weddings, parties (with maximum guests of 70) photo-shoots, business meetings and getaways. Special rates and security deposit are required, kindly let us know during your booking. We would love to make your stay as memorable as possible, please note that the listing price is for 1-2 guest. There are 6 beds and 1 sofa bed. Charges for additional guests up to 14 is $15 per night for each extra guest (up to 2 guest / room). Please ensure you select the correct number of guest during your reservation to avoid confusion. Reservations with incorrect guest count may be declined or cancelled. Any undeclared guest(s) who stays with you after check-in will incur a charge of $50/guest per night. Maximum guest count is 14. The house is highly secured with an electric wired fence, 8-video cameras, 24-hour security, and motion detection security alarms at all entry points. At any time the on-site caretaker is available in case of problems as well as for added security. We also just installed solar power to provide uninsterrupted power supply and peace of mind. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property with no other guests during your stay. Other things to note Since we are new on Airbnb, we are open for suggestions. Below are a few items we feel you should know about the property to ensure you enjoy your stay and avoid any miscommunication. Service The house is cleaned and prepared before and after your stay. Twice a week, our professional team cleans shared spaces, including kitchen, living areas, outdoor, and guest toilet. Bedrooms are also cleaned twice a week and scheduled on request per guest. TV There are two 60-inch TV's in the two living rooms and 36-inch TV in each room with free local and international channels. DSTV sports is provided at an additional fee ($10/week). Power The house is powered by electricity, unfortunately, bad weather and general power outage do affect the power availability. We have a stand-by generator that can be turned on during power outage. Security There are security cameras inside the compound, at the entrance, and staircase. We have electric security fence that has a back-up battery incase of power outage. Pets Pets are not allowed. Water All our water is derived from the City Water Supply and stored in a polytank. The tap water may be consumed at guest discretion. We do also have bottled water guests can buy (first bottle is free). Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the house and must be done on the patio or in the garden. Breaking this rule will incur a $200 fine! Ashtrays are provided on request. Wi-Fi Free Wi-Fi is available but not unlimited, once you've checked in and used up your bundle, you can request extra bundle for a fee. Music The living room have speakers fitted. There is an aux cable fitted to amp and guests are welcome to connect their devices to the amp. There is also Bluetooth available.
