Luxury Beach House - Game Room & Hot Tub

Rebuilt from the ground up in 2018. European oak hardwood floors and custom finishes throughout. During the day, enjoy walking to the beaches, surfing, and shops only minutes away. After a day of fun in the sun, BBQ with friends and family. Then, gather around the fire pit, hang out in the game room shooting pool and then take a soak in the hot tub. Bikes, boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs included for guests use. No visitors or outside guests at any time. Only 8 registered guests max. The space We never intended to rent this house. it was built for our family. But, college tuition and life changes so now, we are giving renting a try. All furnishings are new. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for cooking your gourmet meals. High ceilings with lots of windows, glass and natural light. Hand hewn beams on the ceiling and lots of detail throughout. This is a great house for someone who values being in a fine home instead of a worn out and tired beach house rental. We ask that you respect our home and our neighbors who we consider friends. Noise ordinance is 10pm, however, we always try to be very quiet by 9 pm during the week. Bikes, boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, ice chest, beach towels, kids beach toys and wagon are all available for guests use!
