The space This Villa is situated on the beach front, walk off the deck , down your own stair case onto the pure white sand and into the warm azure ocean. Admire the beautiful ocean from all bedroom windows, enjoy all meals on the deck off the lounge/dining area with the feeling of being on the beach. Guest access The entire house is available, all tastefully decorated. Positioned right on the beach front, overlooking the spectacular bay, panoramic views are endless. The sea is visible from most windows. This self-catering house features simple but stylish features with a family friendly ambiance. The open plan living area of the fully equipped kitchen, lounge & dining room open onto the outdoor decking, inviting in the sea breeze. There are three bedrooms, all with sliding doors to be thrown open leading onto the deck and to let in the sea breeze. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and all beds have Mozzie nets. The main bedroom, furnished with a queen bed, is en-suite (shower) and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. (Shower & Bath) The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a queen bed & the 3rd with twin beds. All linen, bath & swimming towels are supplied The kitchen & scullery area are well equipped and include a Fridge/freezer plus an extra small chest freezer. Microwave, ice machine, coffee peculator (bring your own ground coffee and filters). A Washing machine is available, for use by the designated house keeper, at a nominal fee. This house is serviced 7 days a week. Gas Braai available for use on the upper deck. Outside, enjoy the endless views from the top deck or lounge round your private pool on the lower deck, all with the feeling of being right on the beach. Your own private walkway (Steps) takes you to the squeaky-clean beach, where the azure waters beckon. The beach boasts with permanent Gazebo's for your use.
