BarriOceano is a chill and peaceful place with different options to stay. Come and visit us just some minutes away from the unique black sand beach, the mangroves and all the attractions in town. The space Two-story house distributed as follows: First Level: - Private bathroom with outdoor shower. - A large and comfortable room, a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking (a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishes, pots and pans set, utensils, etc.). -A small faucet with a water filter. -The stove requires a lighter, you usually find one in the kitchen; if not, contact us through the Air BnB chat to request one. Second Level: -2 queen beds and air conditioning. - Desk - Be careful with the stairs as the style is without a safety railing. The house has its own garden, deck, garden table and chairs to enjoy it. Through that garden you have access to the pool shared with the other houses. Parking is in front of the house, on the street side. It does not have a roof. BarriOceano is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle. BarriOceano is located in a small fishing village on the south coast of Guatemala, which is in the process of development and growth. So far it is a rural area. It is important for us to inform you that during the rainy season and high season (Christmas, New Year's, Easter, etc.) the electrical service sometimes collapses.
