The Host often provides complimentary home brew at the Airbnb and will provide local tour information and maps of must visit breweries in West Michigan if requested. This listing does not include a Kitchen. There are many restaurants from fast-food to fine dining in the area. All guest areas. Private entry, Main living area with 52" tv, Eating/Game area. No indoor food preparation with cooking devices like crockpots, electric skillets or hot plates is allowed, as it is a fire hazard- microwave is provided. Off-street parking. Spacious Master with a private bathroom with shower. King memory foam bed. Night tables, lighting, ceiling fan/light with remote, dresser, and huge walk in closet with hangers. Two rooms have comfy queen memory foam mattress, nightstand, and closet areas. Each room sleeps 2 very comfortably. The Living area contains a queen sleeper sofa with extra padding. Sleeps 1-2 comfortably. Hall bathroom is very large - Shower/bath, lots of counter space. All guest areas. Main living, eating/game area. Three bedrooms 2 bathrooms and off street parking. I am a wealth of information regarding the craft beer, wine and spirts scene in Beer City USA, however, your privacy is paramount to me. I will provide any information or services available to make your stay enjoyable but totally respect your privacy! I only enter the Airbnb upon request of the guests. Brewery Tour and discount information is available upon request. Coupons for restaurants will be in the front check in area as well as delivery services. Local events and places to see will also be in the front entry. I am available as needed. Quiet Neighborhood just minutes (walking distance) from shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. Bike trails. Many Parks and Churches. 10 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids (Beer City USA), 23 minutes to GRR Airport. Uber and Lyft transportation available. Quick Uber or Lyft to down town Beer City, Grand Rapids! 23 minute drive to GRR airport. Easy access to highways US131, I-96, I-196, M6. Nice drive to lakeshore and public beaches. I have well ventilated areas for fermenting but on brew days - you will smell the glorious smell of sweet grains and hops. You are welcome to watch or ask questions if you visit on a brew day. There may also be starter batches of yeast in owner kitchen area if you have sensitivities.
