1,344 square feet of Cozy cottage close to Great Lakes and across the street is the state bike trail. 14 minute drive to charming Mackinaw City/Island. 3 miles to Cheboygan Ice Rink Pavilion. 15 miles to Dark Sky Park There will be information pamphlets and brochures made available here for you our guests. Close to Lake Huron, bike trails, golf course and nature. Conveniently located between Mackinac city and the historic logging town of Cheboygan on US highway 23. We do not have cable tv. We have smart TV’s, log into Hulu, Netflix, pure FLIX or whatever your choice. Keurig with empty screened cups to fill with your coffee or our pre filled kcups for your pleasure, also tea is available. Second floor deck is great for coffee in the morning or star gazing at night. Roast marshmallows at the fire pit and catch some lightning bugs in a jar. Lake Huron at Gordon Turner Park with board walk and light house 3 miles away is a must do family event and the sunsets are magnificent! Rails to trails, State trail that extends to Gaylord Michigan or Mackinaw City is directly across the street for easy access for biking, walking or snowmobiling. So easy to reconnect with nature here and most of all make memories with your fiends and family those are the important things in life. Guest access 14 minute drive to Mackinaw City and the ferry boats to Mackinaw Island shopping and dining. Rails to Trails walk/ bike/ snowmobile path located across the street, 17 mile drive to Headlands International Dark Sky park and 3 miles to Cheboygan city beach and Gordon Turner park kids EXTENSIVE play area with scenic boardwalk, beautiful sandy beach and lighthouse great for amazing selfies! Kingston theater is a piece of old Cheboygan history, quaint and a great place to watch movies. Mulligans, The Boat House, Alice's, Great Lakes grill, Pier 33 and This old house pizza are just a few of the great places to dine in Cheboygan. Big Boy and the Boat House has seating outside on the Cheboygan river. The annual Cheboygan county fair takes place on August 5-12. Also The annual Northern Michigan mushroom festival takes place May 17-21. Cheboygan area is prime snowmobile country!! Other things to note PETS ARE WELCOME!
