It is completely tiled, clean, has mosquito protection on windows, doors and beds, running water and solar power. An outdoor staircase leads to the beautiful, shady roof terrace. The space You enter the house via the terrace, from there you go left into the kitchen, which is well equipped for self-catering. There is a 4-burner gas stove and, on request, a solar-powered cooler. Through a wide wing door you enter the actual living area. The hallway, from which all other rooms are entered, is cool at all times and offers enough space to sit together in the house. On the left and right are the rooms, one has a 140 x 200 cm bed, the other has 2 separate beds. The mattresses are European standard. Straight ahead there is a bathroom with shower and sink and next to it a separate toilet with sink. As a safety precaution, all windows are provided with pretty, solid grilles from the outside, and the terrace is also beautifully grilled and can be locked. The house is ideal for long-term stays due to its secluded location in its own garden. You can stay there completely undisturbed, as well as entertain a lot of friends. The power supply works via a solar system for light, mobile phone, etc., the tap water from its own deep well. If necessary, we will gladly make an individual price for long-term use with you. Guest access The house is in a quiet residential area, about 15-minute walk from the village center. On the way you can buy your fresh baguette and many other indispensable things in the "boutique": candles, coffee, onions, cigarettes, detergent, candy, phone cards and whatever your heart desires. You can also walk to the beach in approx. 15 minutes on foot, but it can also take much longer because the beautiful path of course invites you to stroll ;-) This stretch of beach is mostly deserted and if you want you can walk towards Gambia and admire a constantly transforming river delta with its sandbanks and birds.
