Recently remodeled, the space includes a living room, 1-bedroom, kitchen/laundry room, and 1 bathroom. The bedroom has a new, comfortable full-size bed, 2 dressers, 2 night stands and 24” TV. The livingroom has a sofa with a full size flip out couch, a full-size desk, and 24” TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a separate entrance in the back of the main property. Our guesthouse and neighborhood is very safe, peaceful, and friendly. There is a key-less, smart lock on the door to the cottage. The code will be accessible after the reservation is confirmed. Adults and children must be able to swim well to use the pool. No life guard on duty. The pool is not fenced and when it is used, it is used at your own risk. Other things to note Parking Our property is gated, guests are required to park inside the gate, there is a parking spot to the right side of the garage as you enter the gate. Upon entrance and exit, the gate will automatically open and close after 2 minutes.
