There are 2 small beaches within a 10-minute walk. The town of Lucea is a short drive away. The house is grilled and security cameras are located on the exterior of the Villa for your peace of mind. The space The basic home essentials are available to be self-sufficient. The apartment sleeps 2-3 adults comfortably. A supermarket stop is suggested upon arrival for groceries or if you prefer, you can send a list of items needed 72 hours ahead of arrival. A service fee will be added and reimbursement is expected. Guest access Our location is away from the main highway. However, private taxi and local taxi services are accessible. Recommendations for airport pick-ups/drop-offs, tours, yoga instructor, or a local masseuse are gladly provided. A cook or meal service delivery can be arranged at an additional cost. Other things to note Please read the House Rules and House Manual thoroughly for a mutually pleasant experience. I’ll be happy to answer questions. Live cameras monitor the outside of the property. Events are NOT allowed. If you’d like to plan a family event, inquire at Alora E&B Centre nearby, make reservations for your group or rent a private space with or without meal catering. Quiet hours at home are 9 pm until 5 am. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment. Additional fees apply for late checkout without advanced notice and permission. Additional fees apply for deep cleaning/damages when house rules are not followed. **Important: In the countryside there are occasional power outages and internet interruptions. If you are unable to cope with these temporary inconveniences this listing may not be for you or you should plan accordingly. While children are welcome, be mindful of their activities; the apartment and grounds are not childproof. There are other apartments on-site; therefore, some outdoor areas are shared. One (1) vehicle is allowed driveway parking for this listing. The gardener and other service people may occasionally visit the property for maintenance. However, there should be little disruption to your activities.
