Beautiful centrally located private home King Bed!

Welcome to my cozy home in the Riverside Heights family friendly neighborhood. It has been professionally decorated to be very comfortable while providing a chic atmosphere to enjoy your Tampa visit. Its very centrally located and only a few miles from everything you need. This is NOT a party or accommodating to noise, no exceptions. NOTE: 4th Bedroom is detached from main house and COSTS 25$ a night NOTE: There is a detached separate Airbnb in the backyard with its own entrance. The space The home is professionally decorated to make it spacious and cozy. The house is about 1100sqf and not huge but its very bightly lit and all modern furnishings. Enjoy a relaxing meal or a coffee outside under the covered deck. NOTE: the 4th bedroom is a detached space that is only a bedroom. It’s just a few feet from the rear deck to the back door. In order to have access to this room, there is EXTRA 25$ cost per night , please ask me how to access it. Thank you This is NOT a house that accommodates noise/ large gatherings/ celebrations . This is a very quiet street with respectful neighbors and we respect their wishes to have considerate guests. Any noise complaint will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund and the guest will be asked to vacate. Parties and noise WILL NOT be tolerated. Thank you so much for understanding 😊 This is a very quiet street and we don’t tolerate noisy guests, loud music and quiet time is from 10pm to 7am. PLEASE NOTE: There is a separate Airbnb little detached unit in the yard, it has its own private entrance and fenced in. Guest access NOTE: 4th bedroom is in a room detached from the main house in the back. It has A/C and very cozy spot. You enter it via the back yard deck. This Room is only accessible if have more than 6 guests and the door code will be provided then. Please note the 4th room is additional cost and its locked otherwise. Thank you :) Other things to note This is a very quiet street and we don’t tolerate noisy guests, loud music and quiet time is 10pm to 7am. Traveling with Little Ones? We offer Pack 'n Plays and high chairs for your convenience, available upon request for $45 per unit per stay.
