The house has three super confortable bedrooms with AC, each one with it's own private bathroom, two of the rooms have balconies with awesome view of the ocean, the common areas downstairs have one more complete bathroom, also we have Tesla’s Starlink Internet (very fast and unlimited), hot water, laundry facilities and a nice rooftop terrace with a little bar, the kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and oven for any ocation. Other things to note To consider: The sea in the area is not the best for swimming, there has been algae growth and the water is not very clear, erosion has reduced the beach to a few meters of sand, however the views of the house are still beautiful and enjoying the breeze from the terrace is still a splendid experience.
