Looking for a quiet, affordable and thoughtfully stocked place? Then be my guest in my cozy, cheery, clean studio guest suite. You'll have your own keyless entry. Home owner lives upstairs with a friendly dog. My home is about 59yrs old. She is well cared for and is always getting upgrades. You will hear walking upstairs and a door may squeak when opened or closed. *Need early check-in or later check-out? Feel free to ask and I will be happy to see if I can accommodate. The space I love the uniqueness of the two outer concrete walls and floors(**NEW epoxy floor!) and how with paint and rugs the unit feels so warm and inviting while providing safety in any potential storm or severe weather situation. Your unit features central air/heat controlled in part by a thermostat upstairs and in part by opening or closing the vent on the HVAC duct in the center of your unit. The chain allows the vent to be opened to various settings thereby controlling the air flow and room temperature. The electric fireplace serves as a supplemental source of heat. Also, blankets to keep you cozy. In the winter, I typically keep it neutral. Letting you decide how warm you want it with the above mentioned. The fireplace can get it pretty toasty, if you desire. Guest access Guests have access to the complete ground level studio suite as well as the adjacent shared washer and dryer. I do ask that if you use the washer and dryer, that you don't leave your belongings in there, so it can be available to others. Other things to note This is not a place for parties. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am upstairs with the same expectation of guests staying downstairs. As a courtesy and for the safety of guests there will be no smoking or vaping upstairs, and the same no-smoking policy applies to guests in the studio apartment living areas, bathroom and in the garage area. If you are a smoker, thank you in advance for respecting this restriction. No open flame (candles, lighters, etc.) and no pets.
