Guest access There is gated parking on the property. House help is available to assist. Great way to get around Takaungu is by foot to really see the true lifestyle of the locals. Other ways around the town is by the local tuk tuks (rickshaws) or boda boda (on the back of a motorbike) Other things to note STRICTLY NO Alcohol or DRUGS on site PLEASE. And no consumption of Pork please. On the property we do keep some animals from time to time. Currently there are some geese, turkey, chickens, guinea fowls and two german sheppard dogs. But they should be out of your way as they will be roaming outside the house in the compound, if you find that they are disturbing you in anyway you can ask the caretaker to move them. You can check the tide times and heights etc, when the tide is out you can enjoy long walks down the creek, enjoy the warm shallow waters, explore the rock pools and cliffs. If you wish to have a swim in the deeper water on the opposite side towards the Kilifi cliffs. When the tide is in, you can enjoy the pristine views, have a swim. There are also other beaches located nearby. The house worker can assist you in directions. The locals are also friendly they will also be willing to help. Hope for a wonderful peaceful stay.
