This lovely 4 bedroom house is perfect for family/group stay. The house (except the AirCons) is powered by solar power system to ensure guests do not experience power cuts and enjoy a pleasant stay. All bedrooms are en-suites with AirCons; Master bedroom has its own TV and balcony. Kitchen is well equipped with all you need and we offer a wide range of amenities, all listed in 'The Space' section. House is located in Tema Community 25, off C25 MallJunction; approx. a mile from Devtraco Court. What makes this house unique is the fact that the house runs on solar power system to ensure guests have uninterrupted supply of electricity during their stay (please note that all the air conditions are not on the solar power system; they are powered by normal electricity). The property has big living rooms, with high ceilings. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an inbuilt stove and oven, a microwave, a blender, rice cooker, kettle, cooking saucepans, etc. and a Pantry to store your food stuff, etc. There is a Freezer in the Kitchen and a Fridge in the Dinning Area. The Living rooms have TVs (55 inches in the downstairs living room and 32 inches in the family room upstairs) as well as the Master bedroom. All the bedrooms are EnSuite, with inbuilt wardrobe and all fitted with air-conditioning. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, a lovely bath, shower and a balcony with views. The property has 2 large water tanks, with a total capacity of 13,000 litres. A filter has been installed to ensure clean supply of water to the property. For outdoor living, we have chairs and table in the Pergola area and the Front Porch. On the day of check in, guests will have the following amounts topped up unto the property’s electricity meter for the air condition. Once the credit runs out, it will then be the guests’ responsibility to top up the electricity meter with any credit they need: - 150gh Cedis for guests staying for 7 nights - 250gh Cedis for guests staying between 7 and 14 nights; - 350gh Cedis for guests staying between 14 and 21 nights; - 450gh Cedis for guests staying between 21 to 30 nights - 500gh Cedis for guests staying for over 30 nights There is a live-in caretaker in the outer house and does not come into the main building. He is there to assist guests during their stay. He is a few steps or a phone call away in case you require any assistance. This neighbourhood is a quiet, airy and relatively safe neighbourhood to live in. The road to the house, off the main Tema-Aflao road, is mostly untarred, just like most communities in Tema and Accra . The neighbourhood boasts of a number of restaurants and bars, a couple of shopping malls (Palace Mall and Tema Community 25 Mall which can be located on the main Tema-Aflao Road), not to mention having access to a lot of corner stores/mini supermarkets very close by which you can take advantage of to top up your weekly shopping needs. For a bit of fun and entertainment for adult and children alike, we have Accra's #1 go-kart raceway called A1 RaceWay , located next to Devtraco Police and Fire station . At A1 RaceWay, they also have a Wonderland Park for children and restaurant (Quick Fix) where you can relax and enjoy. Essentially, there are a number of beaches close by, a couple are: - Paradise Beach, 9.3km - The Palms at Prampram, is 19km away. A Police and Fire Station is located adjacent to Devtraco Court Estate. Uber, taxis or rent a car if they prefer. No parking issues in the neighbourhood.
