***Please read all the requirement and house rules as this is a room rental only, some areas are not allow.*** We live in a quiet neighborhood in Siena of Round Rock. Newly built home and we offer one private bedroom which includes a HD TV, Netflix, HBO and Free Wifi. We are about 6 minutes from dell diamond and 4 minutes from Super Walmart on 79. Airport is about 50 minutes away or 35 minutes by taking toll road. Our community is very friendly. Please note: with the COVID-19 around, we asked that you only use your room and not any other common spaces in the house to minimize the risk to our other guests and the host(s). However, we have update the kitchenette space for your light convenient like coffee, mini fridge access that assign to each room that’s booked and the microwave used separate from the host in the main kitchen. Thank you for your understanding. We sterilize our rooms with UVC light, alcohol spray our mattresses and change beddings after each guest. So you will have a clean and comfortable stay. Note: To turn off the nightlight under the desk, there is a small button on top of the outlet. I am available for questions through text or call. I’m more quiet and like to give guests space, I may not be present to greet you and may not see you if we missed each other so if you have anything at all please do sent me message, I would be more than happy to help you to make the best stay for you. Our neighborhood is really quiet yet friendly and clean. Parking can be by the front of our house. The only way to getting around is to have cars or you can take uber or lyft. We are living the downstairs most of the time and upstairs such as common area and the bathroom right in front of the guest room are dedicated to the guest(s). There are 2 other rooms upstairs which are other guest’s room, you should not be entering them. Laundry is $10 per load and guest will have to provide their own detergent for laundry they are doing. You will have to arrange the time doing the laundry with me since the washing machine is pretty loud when spins. Cooking in the main kitchen will be charge extra $20 a day (this is negotiable). I have updated the kitchenette in the upstairs entertainment area which have both mini fridge and microwave. Please keep it clean as a courtesy for other guests. Key code to the house and wifi password will be provided on the day of arrival. Host may or may not be there to greet you. Please leave everything clean and upon checkout, any used towels could be placed on the floor. No smoking nor loud music in the house. Visitors are ok but no party please. Extra guests beside the number of guest(s) that weren’t on the booking list must be notify and pay the extra guest fees if staying over night. We have 4 cameras on site. One at the driveway, one at the front door, one at game room and one at downstairs common area for safety and security.
