Walking distance to the beach and amazing view

The house is located in Chile's wind- and kitesurf mekka Matanzas. It has a wonderful view on the Pacific and is just a 2-minute walk away from the beach. The large terrace with its lounge area yields a perfect BBQ location. Unique is the top level dormitory where you will fall asleep with a direct view on the stars above you through the large panoramic window in the roof after having enjoyed the view on the sunset. The space The house includes two seperate appartments (a smaller one on the 1st floor and a larer one on the 2nd and 3rd floor). For bookings with 4 or fewer people, you rent exclusively the upper apartment. For bookings with 5 or more people, the rental automatically includes the second, lower apartment as well. Both appartments have a capacity of two to four persons and both include a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower (towels as well as linen for the beds are provided by us). This way, the house is, for example, perfect for two couples who want to relax for a weekend together but still want a certain privacy. The apartments are not for rent individually but only together. The lower apartment covers the first floor of the house. Besides a dormitory and bathroom, it includes a living room area with two sofa beds, open kitchen and dining table. Furthermore, it also has a balcony with a beautiful view on the sea. The upper apartment covers the floors two and three of the house. On the second floor it includes a large living room (also including two sofa beds) with an open kitchen (including electric oven and dishwasher) and a terrace area with a lounge part and BBQ. On the third floor, is the bathroom (with a nice view on the Pacific for you while taking a shower), a separate dressing room with an additional small terrace area, and the dormitory with its large panoramic window in the roof, which allows you to see the stars directly above you at nighttime and the Pacific at daytime. Just besides the entrance door of the upper apartment you additionally have a hot outside shower to rinse off your feet after a beach walk or take a shower after your surf. Because of its good thermal insulation, double glazed windows, and different heating options, the house is cosy and warm also in the colder seasons. Guest access You can use at any time the large wood fired hot tub in the garden. The fire wood needed to heat it is located in the garden close to the hot tub. Its usage is exclusively for the heating of the hot tub and included in the rental without extra charge. Other things to note The balcony on the first floor and the stairways are not secured in order to prevent small children from falling (see picture which shows the frontside of the house). Families with small children must therefore take particular car of their children.
