South West Austin home

Located in southwest Austin, on the edge of the Texas Hill Country in Circle C Ranch. Heated pool (except Dec 15 thru March 15). Near St. Augustine University. Austin city center is 16 miles away (about 20 minutes). Zilker Park is 15 minutes. Next to the Hill Country, I am 15 minutes east of The Salt Lick BBQ in Driftwood and the Texas Wine country (along with the several distilleries and breweries and the central Texas Lakes). NO CHARGE for CLEANING OR SERVICE NO CHILDREN The space Guests have complete access to the entire house including gym, TV room (90 inch TV), 6 TVs in the house including gym, yard and patio, heated pool and hot tub. Guest access I do live in the house but you will have full use of property. I I do travel frequently and allow you to enjoy all amenities alone in the house. During your stay Breakfast will be provided if i am available for the shorter stays (3 to 5 days). I cannot provide breakfast every morning for the week long stays. Other things to note I do allow a third guest but it is an air bed in the TV room. It works great, very comfortable but there is an additional $20 cost.
