Our home is situated in the Villages at Coverley - 4 minutes from the Airport and 10 minutes from Miami Beach and Oistins Fishing Village. Available for students for the summer semester. Owner occupied in winter months. The beautiful back deck offers lovely breezes and is a recipe for RELAXATION. The house is modern and comfortable. The front patio has been enlarged for the spacious outdoor living you want to enjoy in the Caribbean. The space The bedroom has a very comfortable Queen Size Bed and is Air Conditioned with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Double Size Bed and is also Air Conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped - Microwave, Toaster Oven, Coffee Maker, Kettle, Crock Pot, Blender. The kitchen sink has a top of the line water purifier with separate faucet. Fridge has an Ice Maker Smart TV's is in the Living Room. Washer and Dryer are located in the Garage. For your convenience, a Local Phone (land line) is provided Guest access The village centre is home to a Supermarket, Gym, Medical Centre, Pharmacy, Service Station, Restaurant, Recreation Centre, Pickle Ball and Basketball Courts – all within four minutes walk. The supermarket offers a Juice Bar, Pizza Station, Deli with Full breakfast and Lunches daily. Other things to note There is an electronic security system and you will be provided with the access code. Guests are welcome to use Books and board games during their stay.
