Quinta Rey is a large and cozy pink stone and wood vacation home where your whole family and friends can enjoy a great time surrounded by nature and the tranquility of the countryside life. The space The house has a large central area that holds the kitchen, breakfast isle, and the dining and living rooms. Three large and spacious rooms have enough space for a large group of hosts. Guest access You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, with a breakfast isle and its three chair stumps. The kitchen has lots of storage space for all your supplies (closets and drawers), automatic ignition gas stove, bread toasters, pots and skillets, silverware, oven, full-sized two door fridge with freezer, and a sink. The main room is a very big room, followed by a walk-in closet. The bathroom has cabin shower, toilet and a bathtub (Jacuzzi) for two people. This room has its own balcony, surrounded by a natural view of the oak trees on a lower level of the property. The second room, has a wooden second story after going up through a spiral staircase. You can slide down a fire pole in the corner, if you like thrills. It has its own private bathroom and large closets with drawers to store all of your belongings. The third room has windows facing to the BBQ area. It has a large closet, and its own private bathroom. All showers have hot water. There are two living rooms, one right when you enter the house, with two white leather sofas. The other one is located in the central area of the house, where the dining room, fireplace and kitchen are. This is a very large area with a double height roof and enough space to hold all of your family and friends. Going out through a slidable glass door you will find the bar terrace, a large area with a nice view to the oak trees down below, where wild birds visit every morning. There are wooden log stumps surrounding a wooden table, suitable for having breakfast, lunch or dinner. This has its own bar with a sink and a fridge to keep your drinks cold, and its also its own bathroom. There is also another smart TV to enjoy sports, movies or shows with your family and friends while enjoying your lunch and/or drinks. There are two places where you can make BBQs. One is located at the side of the house, and the other is located down below, on kiosk inside the property. There is also a game kiosk, with air hockey, ping-pong and table soccer. All the house has WIFI access. The house is located on a small hill. The lower part of the land holds most of the green areas. Concrete and rock walkways connect all the areas of the property. You will find several different ambiences to contemplate the beauty of natural landscapes. There are pine and oak trees and several fruit trees (Oranges, tangerines, plums, mangoes, peaches - all seasonal fruits) on the property land. The parking place has room for 3 cars right in front of the entrance to the house, where you can have access through the higher side of the property. There is a lot more parking space (6-10 cars) if you access the property through the lower side. Other things to note The nearest ATMs and banks are located in Tegucigalpa and Comayagua ONLY. You can get there in 30 min. driving in a car (35km or 22mi to Tegucigalpa, 32km or 20mi to Comayagua) Two extra rooms, each with their own private bathroom are located on the lower part of the property, at the side of the BBQ kiosk. We might be hosting some other guests in them. The laundry area is located between these two rooms.
