Nation House at Marshland Farms, is a Ranch style home in country setting. 2 miles from Rock Chalk Park and Sports Pavilion. 2 miles from West Lawrence city limits via 40 highway. Close proximity to KU campus, Allen Fieldhouse, Memorial Stadium, restaurants, Clinton Lake & bike/walking trails. We are a couple of miles from I- 70/Lecompton interchange. 3 BR /1.5 bath, full kitchen, laundry facilities, onsite parking. Private country views and livestock on property. Only 6 guests per night. The space Microwave, coffee pot, dishes, cups, silverware, towels, hairdryer, iron. We also have a full laundry in the basement, you can exit the house from the basement into the backyard. We only provide antenna tv, we don’t have cable/satellite. WiFi is also included. Our home is not set up for electric vehicle charging. All that is available is 110 voltage. Guest access Access to house from front deck. We also have a large deck off kitchen/living room out to back yard. Lovely view to pasture and sheep pens. Other things to note Just a FYI, our house is the 3rd structure on the right after turning on N 1710 rd (partly gravel roads to house) We are close to K-10, 40 highway, and I-70 (turnpike).
