House with ocean view and hot tub

Our house sits right in the nature and offers breathtaking views of the pacific ocean. Activities like Surfing, Windsurfing, Kiteboarding, Tennis, Hiking, Mountainbiking, Riding, everything is just a few minutes from the house. The beach of Matanzas is in walking distance through the pine trees. The Hot Tub will be the icing on the cake after an exciting day in the nature or in the ocean. There's no better place to watch the chilean sky at night! The space This is the house of two professional windsurfers, who visit Matanzas frequently for the quality wind and wave conditions. Our house is perfect for small groups of 4-6, couples or families. The view is breathtaking and the beach is just a short walk down through the pine trees. When you step into our house you'll get a feeling if freedom with it's incredible views and open living. The house is compact, but it's smart design offers enough room for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms of 2 single beds each, which can be moved together. Central space of the house is the open living area with it's lounge, dinner table and open kitchen, which can be all opened towards the large balkony. The two bedrooms upstairs share one bathroom, the open room in the bottom has it's own bath with toilet and shower. The ground floor is open towards the stairs, for 100% privacy it's recommended to choose one of the upstairs bedrooms ;-) The kitchen is equipped with oven, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, microwave, blender and other accessories. For short trips we'll have some dishwasher tablets for you, for longer stays we recommend to bring a package from Santiago. The large terrace below the house with it's Hot Tub is just what you need on these cooler days or when the sun sets and the incredible chilean sky shows it's stars. Benches and the outside shower make it also the perfect place for sunbathing, as it's sheltered from the wind. Leña (wood) for the Hot Tub can be purchased at the gate (cold hot tub takes about 3 hrs, next evening less than an hour). Our house is located on a 60k sqft. property with own driveway and parking. Sheets and towels will be provided. The area is guarded and pretty safe, even though we offer a safe for your valuables and we recommend to use it. Our housekeeper is going to introduce you to everything else. Have a nice stay and enjoy your time in our lovely house! Only Leña please! Open fires are strictly forbidden on the property! Also no open fire in the BBQ! Please use charcoal! We've attached a fence around the balcony and stairs railing, so it's safe for small children. Nevertheless we'd like to ask you to never leave kids alone and check the fence for it's attachments regularly! Furthermore we'd like to mention the electric plugs which are close to the floor, please cover them if you have kids. We have a kids-gate for the stairs, please ask our housekeeper during your check-in.
