Blue Mahoe is a one bedroom apartment in Kyah Place, a three bedroom house. It has a private entrance, a bathroom, a living /dining room and kitchen. All areas have a ceiling fan. The bedroom has a/c also which is optional for a fee of $16 per day. The outdoor grill area and the rooftop terrace with plunge pool are shared spaces with Spanish Gem, the cottage on the property, if also booked at the same time. The space Blue Mahoe is a large private one bedroom apartment in Kyah Place, a three bedroom house. It has it’s own private entrance. It is an en-suite and has three additional day beds in the living room. The bedroom has a safe in the closet. Blue Mahoe has a large sliding door which opens up to a patio with a table and four chairs, an Adirondack chair and a hammock. The rooftop terrace with plunge pool is accessed by stairs from the back patio. There is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue grill. The entire property is fenced in with a large entrance gate. Security cameras are placed around the exterior perimeter of the property. Guest access You will only share the outdoor kitchen and rooftop terrace with plunge pool if there is another guest in Spanish Elm, a studio apartment above Kyah Place. You have exclusive access to all other indoor and outdoor spaces. There is a small private house on the property separated by a fence that has no access to Kyah Place amenities. One parking space is available to guests of Blue Mahoe. Other things to note The rate charged for your stay is based on the number of guests in your party. There is an additional charge of $40 per night for each additional unregistered or unannounced guest. Blue Mahoe has parking for one vehicle on the property. We have video surveillance all around the perimeter on the exterior of the property which is completely fenced around and can only be accessed by a large front gate. We offer other services for a fee. Meal preparation can be arranged with our resident “chefs” Latty and Berry. Transportation can also be arranged. Laundry service is available for $15 per load for wash, dry and fold. Each bed is supplied with an additional set of sheets for a 6 day stay or more. Each guest is supplied with one additional set of towels for a 6 day stay. There is a surcharge of $4 if more bed linens and towels are requested by the guests. Child care is available for $6 for one child and $14 for up to three children.
