King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom - Room 4

Nestled between the Charleston plantations and downtown, enjoy an private ensuite master bathroom with a Comfortaire king bed with dual select comfort settings. Enjoy WIFI, TV, dresser, two night stands, ceiling fan, & access to kitchen with coffee. The space The room has a king Comfortaire mattress that has dual adjustable firmness control. The room includes two night stands, dresser, and TV with cable. The private ensuite bathroom is used only by you. There is a tankless gas water heater that provides endless hot water. WIFI is included. If you wish to stay more than 27 days, a formal lease and security deposit is required. One parking spot is reserved for your vehicle in the rear of the house. All other vehicles must be parked off site as the other spaces are reserved. Please note that the entrance is on Florence Lane and the exit is on Orleans Road. This means that the driveway is one way, with angle parking. Please park in between the yellow lines. Guest access Aside from the room and bathroom, the common area kitchen and living room is available on a first come or shared basis. There is coffee available in the kitchen. While the areas are for use 24 hours, please keep the common areas quiet and TV turned down between 11 pm - 8 am. There is a Washer and Dryer in the laundry room off the kitchen. Please note that it is a front loading washer, which is more efficient (1/3 water use) than the stand up type. Thus, you will only need to use 1/3 of the detergent that stand up washers call for. During your stay I tend to let guests decide if they want to talk, as I realize everyone has differing reasons to be on a trip. I do travel extensively for both work and pleasure, so may be out of town. As always, you can call or text/Airbnb text anytime. Other things to note The location is less than a half mile from Citadel Mall, and approximately 6 miles from the start of downtown. (Downtown is approximately 1 mile east to west and 2 miles north to south). There may be other guests in the house during your stay. Liana serves as the Airbnb Manager when I am traveling and will be in charge of making sure your room is in working order.
