Magical Oceanfront Private Villa

Villa Armonia is open style living. The property is ocean front and has an exquisite garden. At Villa Armonia Troncones you are truly living in harmony with the natural world. The villa is located in a very private & quiet neighborhood, away from the noise of the village. It is however, within walking & biking distance from multiple restaurants, bars & activities. The space The kitchen & living room palapa is directly in front of the pool area. The large dining table is facing the swinging beach bed and the beach. There is also a small bathroom in this giant soaring palapa. For your convenience, just off to the side of this structure, you will find an easy access grill hut. The master bedroom/master bath palapa is just steps behind the kitchen and is offset, in order to give ocean breezes, ocean views as well as garden views. There is a large sitting area over looking the garden and looks out to one of the water features on the property. There is also an desk/office area if you need a relaxed work space. This master bedroom & bathroom structure is open style living and is all under the second traditional giant palapa. There is a large safari style mosquito net to enclose the sleeping area at night. The newly built guest bungalow is at the front of the property and faces the ocean as well. The first floor of the bungalow has an open style kitchenette and small sitting area. The sleeping area is up a flight of stairs. There are two beds to choose from. Sleep in-doors on a king bed, or outside on on the balcony on a queen bed, over looking the ocean & gardens. Both of these sleeping areas have terrific breezes. The balcony has lovely ocean & garden views as well so even if you don’t sleep here it’s a great place to relax and read or just hang out. There is also the romantic casita which is a separate little house in the garden. It has queen sized bed in the separate bedroom and also has its own private bathroom. This space is perfect for a couple who wants more privacy, a teen who might like their own space, or perhaps a person who does not want to go up and down stairs. There is a housekeeper & groundskeeper/gardener/pool guy on site daily (with the exception of Sunday’s & holidays). Also Tina the house-manager is just minutes away and is always available by phone or email. She will meet with you upon your arrival. Guest access Guests have full access to the property with the exception of owners private bodegas and laundry areas which functions as the staff private area. Other things to note PLEASE Read the house manual which should answer all questions that you may have about how things work,. The house rules are found in here and there are few suggestions for things to do nearby. Just to get these out of the way, here are the “Nos” No small children please as the pool is very, very deep. No smoking indoors. No fires or candles. No additional guests without permission and additional fees. No parties Otherwise...... Relax and unwind in this amazing slice of heaven.
