Monterrico Beach house

Our beach front home is perfect for families to relax outside and get away from the crazy city noise. We are at a perfect distance from the town of Monterrico; close enough to walk and yet far enough to not be disturbed by the crowds and noisy events. There is nothing other than the ocean in front of the house which guarantees a pleasant breeze throughout the day and a clear view of every sunset, provided it's not a hazy day. The space The house includes Housekeeping and Groundskeeper, who are available to clean throughout your stay. Why work when you're here to relax! Plenty of privacy as there are walls blocking view to the neighbors and secured gates at the entrance and parking. The Monterrico costal area is not pet friendly as there is a lot of wildlife and stray animals from the surrounding community. Guest access The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc... (no microwave) Plenty of board games for your entertainment. Charcoal grill available for BBQs. Other things to note There is a small pool on the property that originated as a jacuzzi but it no longer functions as one due to salt damage and cost of repairs, however it does contain water and can be entered only there are no jets or bubbles. The groundskeeper will handle opening and closing of the house so you will never have to worry about keys.
