Placencia Villas is probably best described as a guest house, you have access to your own unit. All units have kitchenettes or kitchens, private bathrooms, A/C, cable, and WiFi. There is a common courtyard and BBQ deck. Free private parking is available. Placencia Villas is located in the heart of Placencia village, close to shopping, restaurants, beach. We are 50 feet from the sidewalk, 100 feet from the beach, next to the Gelato shop and Rumfish, and 2 blocks from the pier. The eleven units range from studios to two bedroom apartments. All have full kitchen facilities, A/C, wifi, and cable TV. All five brightly painted buildings are arranged around an attractive courtyard, literally steps away from shops and restaurants but surrounded by trees which give the property a private feel nevertheless. Housekeeping is provided upon request. Placencia is a cute little beach village. We have delicious food, world class diving, and land activities such as zip lining and tubing. There is no need for a car or golf cart, you can walk anywhere from our units.
