Modern Air conditioned with Free Wi-Fi and Netflix

My place is close to the airport, the town center, parks, and has great views of the garden and the ocean in the distance. You’ll love my place because it is modern, clean and cosy. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Some of the islands best beaches are a short distance away. Check in time is any time after 3pm on the date you booked and check out is @ any time before 11am on the date you check out. The space The unit is open plan and very private. It is situated on the ground level of our 2 story house. There is a nice deck outside the front door which looks onto a lawn and garden and you can also see the ocean in the distance. There is a table and chairs on the deck. The kitchen has a small fridge freezer, Jug, toaster, microwave and hot plate with pots and pans for cooking meals. The bed is a comfortable queen size and has side tables and a lamp. The unit has an airconditioner and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. There are two arm chairs to sit on with a coffee table and also a dining or work table for 2. The bathroom is modern and clean with a rain shower head. The floor is tiled with soft rugs. At the bottom of our street is a small store to buy snacks drinks and sometimes cooked food. On Sunday our neighbor Kayala and her children makes and sells fresh doughnuts starting at 7 am, A must try! Guest access You will have access to the private down stairs part of our house. This area leads down to the lawn and garden. There is a covered car port beside your unit. Please come up to the top story if you need any help or would like some company. We are very open and friendly. Other things to note We have 4 wonderful energetic kids. One boy Hayden and three girls Isabelle, Sophia and Wynter. Like all growing families they can be noisy at times. We try and keep it to a minimum for your comfort. We have a very friendly ginger cat named Bailey, a kitten nugget and a dog named Rosebud. Every morning there are several beautiful pairs of white tern birds that fly around the high branches near your unit. We have a Filipino house keeper named Maricel who is there to help.
