The living room and dining room-kitchen space with its fireplace and large windows open to a terrace with great views. The space (For details in English, please send us a message) The house has 120 sq. meters of built-up space and is located on a plot of land measuring approx. 5,000 sq. meters. The living room is spacious and has a fireplace (Bosca) and large windows (Termopanel), it shares the same space with the kitchen that is fully equipped and with the dining room. The terrace opens onto a large courtyard with native vegetation overlooking the ocean. The living room connects to a hall that connects the three rooms: the main one with a double bed that includes a trundle bed, the second also with a double bed that includes a trundle bed, and the third with a bunk bed and a trundle bed. The beds have good mattresses. Two full bathrooms, both with tubs. There is also a guest bathroom (no shower) at the entrance to the living room. Downstairs from the house there is a shower and hose to wash the boards when you return from the beach. The house is in Tumán, in the upper part before going down the road from La Cuchilla to the village of Puertecillo. Guest access The entire house can be used. The garden is shared with the neighboring house (there are two houses on the same lot). Other things to note We use the house a lot as a family and we have put a lot of love into it; we hope you treat it as if it were your own and take care of it and leave it tidy and clean.
