Enjoy luxury, tranquility and ocean views! 🌊✨ #CasaSuiza #PrivateBeach #SportFishing The space The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for 15 guests: - 1 large master bedroom with en-suite bathrooms and balcony (1 King size bed 1 single bed) - 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (1 queen size bed 2 single beds) - 1 bedroom with bathroom (4 single beds) The house also has: - fully equipped kitchen with island - indoor/outdoor dining area with seating for 15 - large downstairs living area - large outdoor sitting area - pool with wooden deck - outdoor smoker/grill area - large garden for sunbathing The architecture designed home has a spacious living room and has ocean view from the master bedroom and the living room. The kitchen opens up to the dining and living room in a relaxed layout. At the back of the house there is plenty of parking space. There is an on-site grounds-keeper that stays in the area and is there to resolve any issues that may arise. And if you want a cook to help with your stay, we can arrange one for you. A cleaning lady (that arrives daily) is included. The house is built north of El Nuro. You can walk to the fishing peer to watch the sea turtles and buy fresh tuna fish to prepare the most delicious sashimi or carpacho. The area around the house is perfect for those seeking to relax or to do some adventure. The beach is uncrowded if all you want is to lay in the sun, but you can also go surfing, kite-surfing, fishing and diving. Groceries are available from the nearby town of Organos (a 10 minute car or moto-taxi ride away) **** Peak season pricing **** Regular prices do not apply for peak season weeks (New years week, Easter week or 28th of July week).
