Praslin island is only 15mins by plane from the international airport on Mahe and is well located to explore the other surrounding islands The space The villa offers self-catering facility with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious superior bedroom with a very comfortable king size double bed plus a standard single bed, an en-suite bathroom, FREE WiFi, cable TV and a private veranda with sea view. It's the perfect place to relax with your loved one, surrounded by the natural beauty of the beach and the sea which is right at your door step. Here you can enjoy the feeling of the cool sea breeze and listen to the sound of waves rolling-in while you sunbath or watch the sun setting. There are only three villas on the estate and they are all similar: Two beachfront villas in the first row on the beach and one in the back row with sea view. You will be getting one of the villas in the front row closer to the beach. It comes with a private beach area and its own sun loungers. Check-in is at 12.00pm and check-out is at 10.00am We expect guests to treat the villa with respect. This means no smoking inside but it's fine on the front veranda or exterior spaces. Please be considerate and switch off air-conditions, fans and interior lights when not in use. We clean your villa and make your bed daily and after you depart. Please keep all dishes clean when you go out in order to avoid ants in the villa. Minimize use of the water as the dry monsoon here last for six months. Additional rules We accept one additional guest to sleep in the same room on a single bed for an additional EUR 40 per night: an adult or a child aged 7 to 12.
