The space is on the third floor with a private entrance. It features 20-foot ceilings, natural light, and a Parisian-style en-suite bathroom with skylights. Guests have exclusive access to a shared kitchen, dining area, and TV room. These areas become private if no other guest occupies the second-floor room. The space The house is located in New Rochelle, a vibrant town approximately 38 minutes from Manhattan. New Rochelle is well connected by the Metro-North Railroad and Amtrak, and sits right off I-95 (Exit 16). It is just a 15-minute drive from White Plains, the capital of Westchester County. The property is close to downtown New Rochelle and only seven blocks from the train station. Within walking distance, you’ll find three supermarkets, a CVS pharmacy, McDonald’s, multiple restaurants, and several banks including Citibank, JPMorgan Chase, HSBC, and Westchester Bank. Although the house is about 100 years old, it has been fully remodeled, combining classic charm with modern comfort (see photos for details). ⸻ The Attic Suite The attic is located on the third floor of the house and offers: • Private entrance (separate access to the second floor and attic) and parking on premises • No restrictions on entry/exit times — you’ll have your own keys • Approx. 450 sq. ft. (50 sq. m.) of space • One queen bed and three twin beds (sleeps up to 4) • Private en-suite bathroom with skylights, a shower, and a clawfoot tub • Two large walk-in closets, each in opposite corners of the room • Independent use for multiple guests • Central AC/ Heat This space offers a bright, spacious, and comfortable stay with plenty of privacy.
