There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a spacious kitchen open to a great room that is perfect for socializing, cooking and relaxing, watching the ducks swim by. Dock installed in 2025. The lake is quiet, non motorized, perfect for canoeing/paddle boarding. Easy walk to the village and access to bike trails. 1 mile walk to Lake Minnetonka. Dogs require approval - please message about your dog. Interior is updated, exterior gives a rustic cottage feel. There is no dock. The space A large open family room adjoins the updated kitchen. A cozy sun room is great for reading or watching movies. Guest access Entire main level and access to laundry in the basement. Yard, fire place, deck with rocking chairs. Please park in the drive or on the street - the small garage is not included in the rented space. Other things to note Only well behaved dogs - no cats - please email to confirm that you are bringing a pet. During COVID we are following Air B N B's recommended cleaning protocols. A minimum of 48 hours between guest stays and deep cleaning. We are not passing on the extra cleaning fees to guests.
