2-story small apartment for short stays

Clean, budget friendly, cozy, 2-story apartment, 3 beds = 1 double bed+2 single beds, suitable for short stays. It's not a hotel, hostel or touristic facility. No TV, no entertainment, no meals. Prepare your own breakfast, meals here, do your laundry, walk through a well kept garden, good neigbourhood, enjoy the breeze of tall tropical trees, prepare your own tea or coffee. The host lives in the same compound, can assist if available in surroundings, shoppings. The space This tiny house was a servant quarter, technical unit and store. And now it is specially designed for short stays. And we are still working on it. You can wash your cloths here after safaris or long travel, our bedrooms are tiny (3×3meters) but cozy, from the south windows of the upper floor you could observe the local life of neighbouring houses and ongoing construction development of some premices, the backyards of other local settlements, the north windows are facing our premises and garden. In the evening you could sit on tiny upper terrace and enjoy the evening East African breeze. Me or someone in charge will assist you on request. Guest access You can use the front and backyard patios near your unit. Thank you for your cooperation. Other things to note Please switch off electrical devices, air conditioning unit in the bedroom before leaving the premises. It's a tropical town, please use mosquito repellents indoor and outdoor, we do fumigation time to time in whole territory.
