Exclusive Tiny Cabin in the Andes Mountains
Description
Tiny Cabin designed by the famous architect Matías Klotz, inserted at the mid-height of a forest of Quillayes and native species, with a direct view of the south wall of San Gabriel hill, a vertical rock of more than 400 meters of unevenness that rises imposingly in winter and summer, all this within a private mountain estate. Space to enjoy nature in an atmosphere of tranquility and contemplation. Hiking, flora and fauna observation, horseback riding. Own Hot Tub (not Jacuzzi). The space A Tiny Cabin is a worldwide trend, through which in a minimalist environment and of the highest standard a small cabin is designed considering all the details to offer everything necessary for 2 and up to 4 people (2 children) in a space of 24.5 m2 in remote environments and in this case in the heart of the Central Andes. It has its own Hot Tub for guests' use. If the ambient temperature allows it, it enhances the experience, without being the central focus, which are nature, rest and walks or cycling. Alto Cipres de La Cordillera is located on a private estate near the village of San Gabriel, 1300 meters above sea level. It is a beautiful and very rural place to visit El Embalse del Yeso, Lo Valdés in 30 to 40 minutes or venture beyond to the Termas de Colina or to the little visited Cajon del Volcán Maipo. Guest access TC Alto Ciprés does not have a specific address that can be put into the GPS. The closest thing to put in the browser is the San Gabriel Carabineros Sub-Commissariat. Once there, Alto Ciprés is 600 meters away according to the directions. Other things to note It is ideal for resting, going for a walk in nature or taking a bike ride in the area. The rock wall at the foot of which the cabin is located is a condor nest and in spring you can see the first flights of the chicks. There is also a lot of wildlife observation (foxes, condors, vizcachas, güiñas if you are lucky, etc.). We can give you information to book a scenic horseback ride with muleteers in the area lasting 3 hours that reaches an area overlooking the Meson Alto glacier. A variety of restaurants are 15 minutes away, and for national holidays there are medialuna (pastries) in the area and traditional fondas in San Alfonso. 25 minutes from the Yeso Reservoir and Baños Morales, access points to the Plomo and Colina Hot Springs, respectively. The Hot Tub is an addition to the experience but it is not the main thing. In winter or when it's very cold, achieving an ideal temperature according to each person's expectations can take several hours or eventually not be achieved. It is free and the reservation includes 20 kgs of firewood, which in summer is normally enough for 2 uses and the rest of the year is very relative. You can order additional firewood or buy it in the area.
