Description

Make yourself at home at Casa del Caballero! Stay comfortable with powerful, efficient HVAC Stay charged with Tesla/EV/RV 14-50 charging outlet We are proud to announce our property is now 100% energy independent! Tesla Solar Roof + 2 PowerWall batteries = 0 blackouts Star-gaze around the fire pit, throw some darts outside, or get cozy with a book in the swing chair. 5 mins from the east Joshua Tree National Park entrance, this is the perfect retreat for your getaway in the high desert. The space If you have a larger group, you can also book La Casita de Oro – a comfy guesthouse on the other side of the fence. Check out the listing here: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/31469235 Guest access You have access to the entire house, the front yard, and the backyard. Charge your Tesla for free using the newly installed 14-50 outlet (plug not included; be sure to bring your mobile charging kit with the 14-50 plug). Wake up with a full charge! In the event that guests in both units need to charge, please coordinate with each other to share the outlet (there's a Supercharger station less than 5 minutes away at Tortoise Rock Casino) We also do have a guesthouse that's listed separately here: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/31469235 Other things to note Licensed by the City of Twentynine Palms: VHR#065 There is an outdoor security camera to monitor the driveway and parking area. There are no recording devices inside the rental property or in any private outdoor space. We do our own landscaping, and use our electric wood chipper to break as much of the yard waste down into mulch as possible in order to create new soil over time (rather than throwing it all in a garbage bin since 29 Palms doesn't have green waste bins). Please do not use the mulch or sticks/twigs around the property for the fire pit because you may be burning oleander, which is toxic to humans and animals when inhaled or ingested (but not when mulched). We stack any wood that can't fit in the wood chipper and that's safe to burn into piles along the fence near the mulch garden. Feel free to use this wood for the fire pit when available.
