New location in a small welcoming village where time will seem to take a break :) Property #: 301849 The space The Spacious Room is a large room (about 400 square feet) with private bathroom that can accommodate 4 people (2 queen beds separated by a 3/4 wall) with amenities. Mini kitchenette with microwave, K-cup coffee maker, small toaster oven and fridge with dining table. There is no stove inside for great cooking, but we left one outside under shelter to accommodate. Access to the large terrace with a corner sheltered from snow and rain with free year-round hot tub for guests. This common area is shared with another unit. Please note that children are allowed to use the hot tub and pool under parental supervision and with peace of mind. Outdoor heated in-ground pool available from May to September. BBQ available and 2-burner stove outside under the covered terrace. Wood fireplace available on the 2nd landing. Wood provided. Perfect river to relax with your chair in the water. Swimming possible with mid-thigh water in some places. We provide bedding, towels, dishes/utensils and k-cup coffee, smart TV/Netflix and Wi-Fi. Everything you need for a short stay. We accept pets under certain conditions (Dogs must always be on a leash outside, pick up the excrement, they must not be left unattended in the room otherwise they must be in their crate.) Other things to note The Spacious Room is a large room with 2 double beds separated by a 3/4 wall without a door. Loft style, the TV is accessible for both beds. Kitchenette in the bedroom and private bathroom. We do not offer a conventional oven for safety reasons as there is no ventilation for cooking. Toaster oven inside with microwave, K-Cup coffee maker, fridge. Outside on the terrace there is a BBQ and a 2-burner stove available year-round.
