WELCOME to PARADISE.... Bonaire!! This nice studio (near the sea!) with private bathroom and box spring beds (Feb. 2023), has an outdoor kitchen, terrace overlooking the garden, swimming pool (salt water) and outdoor shower. It is only an 8-minute walk to the beautiful beaches Bachelor's Beach, Windsock and Donkey Beach (5-minute drive). To the center of Kralendijk with the many restaurants, Kite or surf beach or the supermarket, it is only a 10-minute drive (see Google Maps). The space kas Oleifi is located in a lovely place in Bonaire, quiet yet central. The plot is 1100 square meters. There are 2 studios, the garden is large, there is plenty of space and privacy. There are several seats, 2 sun loungers, 2 deck chairs, a BBQ and a swimming pool. The box spring beds are good, and new (February 2023), there is a Nespresso machine available. The studio has a private bathroom with shower. This studio is built on the wind and in the shade. The room is cool and equipped with mosquito nets. The trade wind blows through the studio and in combination with the ceiling fan Air conditioning is often unnecessary. The use is based on fair use policy or normal use. Guest access The studio, the whole garden and our swimming pool are at your disposal. Other things to note We have 2 sweet, nice, friendly dogs that walk around the property, so you will encounter them. Tourist tax $75.00 per person, is paid upon arrival at the airport. There is a neighborhood supermarket in our neighborhood about 5 minutes away by car or scooter. The larger supermarkets are about a 10-minute drive away from us.
