This is a guest house by a ranch house on 82 acres 10 minutes from Tarleton and Stephenville. You can rent both or either one. Stalls and turnouts available for horses at an additional cost. Owners live on site in barnyard but separated by gated fence. Plenty of parking for horse trailers, duallies. The space Very small guest house 1 bedroom, one bath, small kitchen. Peaceful setting with views of pasture, livestock. Guest house front porch great spot for morning coffee. Private, separate from host house. Guest access Guests have about an acre of private land with two houses. If you are a horse show or rodeo contestant, or just travelling with your horse you can rent stalls for an additional price. There is parking available and electric hookups for big rigs and lqs. Other things to note We ask that your children and animals be monitored at all times due to the inherent risk of livestock activity. This is for your safety as well as the animals in our care. If you have to bring an animal please discuss it with us for arrangements. We unfortunately can not have any free ranging dogs. All animals must be contained.
