Juli's House - Seaside retreat with stunning views

Juli's House is a self-contained, standalone house overlooking the sea. Surrounded by excellent coastal and hill walking terrain, it is also a 10 minute drive from the Wild Atlantic Way, the town of Westport and the Great Western Greenway. It is a bright, comfortable and contemporary home. The house is set in beautiful semi-wild gardens with views of Croagh Patrick, Ireland's holy mountain. With all modern facilities, it includes an outdoor patio and a barbeque area beside the sea. The space Our house is great for couples or those looking for a secluded place to escape from it all. It has a large kitchen / living area, is fully equipped and has glorious views of Rosmoney Bay. There is a large bedroom also overlooking the sea. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. The house has a full heating system plus a wood burning stove to cosy up to! Floors are french oak. Double doors open out from the living area to a sunny flagstone patio. There is a second outdoor sitting space at the back of the house looking directly at Croagh Patrick, Ireland's holy mountain. Guest access Juli's House has its own parking. It has access to two acres of semi-wild gardens, the sea shore, an outdoor patio/seating area and a barbecue space. Activities such as water sports, horse riding and golf are just a 5 minute drive away. It is just a 10 minute drive to the heritage town of Westport, the Wild Atlantic Way and the Great Western Greenway (a cyclist's dream!). Achill Island, Ballycroy National Park and Connemara are less than an hour's scenic drive away. There are many local taxi services which are easily accessible. Other things to note Westport, a heritage town and recently voted the "best place to live in Ireland" is just a 10 minute drive . It is a beautiful, friendly town with a wide range of restaurants, pubs and small specialty shops. We will be delighted to advise you of the best places to visit. Taxis are plentiful if required.
