You share the garden with another separate apartment. The apartment has free WIFI, (no roaming costs) AC, fridge, TV and amenities such as coffee maker, toaster, smoothie maker, cooking ware, utensils, dinner ware, glasses. The fridge will be stocked with breakfast items, such as bread, eggs, cheese, juice, milk. Complimentary coffee, tea, fruit and cereal and always a welcome bottle of wine Guest access The whole apartment is yours to be enjoyed including the patio and the garden. Other things to note Staying in the heart of San Nicolas, will give you an authentic local experience, if that is what you are interested in, instead of a resort experience. My apartment usually attracts travelers, not tourists. I have lived for 35 years, combined, in Toronto and New York City and worked as an educator and successful performing artist, so hosting and entertaining come naturally to me. I love to share stories and get to know my guests if the feeling is mutual. I also value your privacy, but I am there should you need me. I love what I do and I have been named Super Host 7 times, that is 99% of the time, since I have been hosting, within a span of only three years.
