AMAZING 3 bedroom / 2 bath house with SPECTACULAR UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS FROM EVERY ROOM IN THE HOUSE! THAT IS THE REASON YOU ARE COMING TO THIS ISLAND! The house is only 30 steps from the water on a beautiful sandy beach on the calm west side of the island with turquoise, completely transparent water. A lot of properties have volcanic rock and are unsuitable for swimming. The house has CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. The space Easy access from the main road (a lot of properties on the island have very difficult access). Coming back from the beach, you will enjoy an outdoor shower with hot water. Gas / charcoal grills provided will come in very handy when it comes to cooking all that fish you are going to catch! Boat rental (mooring spot right in front of the house) is available upon request. Two kayaks and 2 paddleboards are included to explore the cove all the way to the nearby reef. Fully stocked kitchen with gas stove/oven/refrigerator/microwave etc. Excellent grocery store is 10 minutes away. One of the best restaurants on the island is 8 minutes away. TV and fast internet are provided to stay connected with the outside world, if desired. Baby high chair and crib will come in handy for our young guests. Guest access Main house, shed with kayaks, beach chairs etc and laundry space in the garage. Garage is for owners use only. Other things to note How to get here: Take any commercial airline to Nassau, then Southern Air (Bahamas), Bahamas Air or private charter (they sell seats, stella maris resort air service for example) to one of the two airports (Stella Maris or Deadmans Cay) Another option is to fly commercial to Georgetown airport on Exuma island (15 miles from Long island), then take charter (see above) or 2 hour ferry to Salt Pond, Long Island.
