Welcome to Vancouver Austin House! Nestled in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, it's a safe and convenient place to stay. You'll find us near the Lougheed Skytrain station and the BC-1 highway. Our location is within walking distance of Lougheed Town Centre, Vancouver Gulf Club, grocery stores, restaurants, and more. Guests must be 18 years or older and must be the same person as the one making the reservation. The space Private 1 bedroom with a work desk, chair, and closet. Shared bathroom with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. A towel will be provided during check-in. Shared kitchen with fridge, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and dining table with 2 chairs. Cooking on the stovetop isn’t allowed. A parking spot can be provided if you let us know when you book your reservation.
